If you smell gas, leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999. If anyone has symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning, such as headaches, dizziness or nausea, get fresh air and seek medical help.

Boiler models differ. Codes and recommended pressures can vary between models and over time, so always check your own manual.
