Hive heating not working?

Hive has three parts: the thermostat on your wall, the receiver near your boiler and the hub by your router. Start with whichever one is misbehaving.

Thermostat not connecting

Reset and re-pair

Restart or factory reset the thermostat, receiver and hub.

Is it Hive or the boiler?

Turn the target temperature up and look at the receiver near your boiler. If its heating light goes green, Hive has asked the boiler to heat. 3 Hive sources

If the receiver's heating light is green but the boiler doesn't fire, check the boiler's own display for a fault code.
