Common questions
Why is my Hive hub flashing green?
Flashing then solid green means the hub is connecting and then connected. A slow green flash means it's updating its software, which Hive says can take up to an hour.
Why does the Hive app say everything is offline?
If the hub is offline, Hive says every device connected to it shows as offline in the app too. Restart the hub and give it 10 minutes.
